ImagineIT: Spring Update 2

We are currently learning about how amazing and unique our Solar System is. We have been focusing on seeing our world as an interconnected system, put together in more and more complex ways. We have explored how our planets are similar and different; how  we can find patterns in their composition and their characteristics. To summarize all of this learning, 7th graders created Planet Comics to teach about the beauty of their selected planet. The projects have been displayed all around my classroom, following the order of the planets as well.

Our last stop will be the most broad. We begin uncovering the secrets of our universe next week, with our final Astronomy chapter about the Universe. I'm looking forward to sharing the patterns found in our galaxies and stars. We will also finally see the entirety of the Universe working as one whole system with so many different parts.
